Sheikh Al-Muhanna said the Association works to promote concepts and principles of judicial independence, the rule of Islamic law and regulations, ethics and judicial performance, and facilitate the exercise by individuals of the right of litigation and make them aware of the principles and performance facilities, and the transfer of science and knowledge and skills in the world of education.
The Assembly aims, according to Sheikh Al-Muhanna to the development of science judicial theoretical and applied , provide consulting and scientific studies and applied research in the areas of jurisdiction of the public and private sectors , according to the provisions contained in the rules governing scientific societies in Saudi universities .
The association has been established by a decision of the Council of the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in its sixth year 1430, in accordance with the rules of the organization of scientific societies issued by the Ministry of Higher Education.
